Use of Services

Our services are for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized activities, including reselling, scraping, reproducing, or deep-linking any content, tickets, or services available on the platform, are strictly prohibited.

Tickets

1.Non-Refundable Policy: Tickets purchased for events hosted by Soulgigs.com or its affiliates are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled by us.

2.Name Changes: In special cases, tickets may be transferred to another individual in the same ticket category. Additional fees apply for name changes involving non-members.

3.Membership Tickets: Membership-priced tickets require valid membership details. Failure to provide these will result in a surcharge for non-membership rates.

4.Membership Status: Unsubscribing from our mailing list will terminate your membership, and non-member rates will apply to future purchases.

Travel Insurance

•Securing travel insurance is mandatory when booking any travel-related services. Insurance must cover cancellations, accidents, illnesses, and other unforeseen circumstances.

•All payments, including deposits and installment payments, are non-refundable. All scheduled payments under the Payment Plan must be completed no later than 14 days before the event date, irrespective of the original payment schedule.

•We are not liable for losses, accidents, injuries, or cancellations resulting from natural disasters, venue issues, or third-party failures.

Group Bookings

•The “Group Leader” is responsible for ensuring payments are made on time and coordinating with us.

•Any changes to the group leader role must be communicated in writing.

•Members of a group are responsible for covering any additional costs arising from cancellations within their party.

Accommodation

•Review all accommodation details before booking; changes cannot be made upon arrival.

•Wristbands must be worn throughout the event; a fee will apply for lost wristbands.

Travel to Events

We are not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or missed connections. Attendees must make alternative arrangements if necessary.

Safety and Conduct

1.Personal Responsibility: Act responsibly and ensure your safety during all activities.

2.Alcohol: If consuming alcohol, do so responsibly. We are not liable for accidents related to intoxication.

3.Belongings: Secure your valuables and follow event security guidelines.

Payments and Cancellations

1.Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.

2.Installments: Payments must be completed by the due dates. Each installment is non-refundable once paid.

3.Cancellations: We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

Photography and Media

By attending an event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, notify the photographer or videographer directly.

Third-Party Purchases

•Tickets purchased on your behalf are subject to these terms.

•Ensure you review the terms if someone else purchases a ticket for you.

Venue Rules

Attendees must follow all rules set by event venues. We reserve the right to eject guests for misconduct or rule violations without a refund.
